The 5 day, ILM Level 7 Certificate in Leadership & Management course enables senior / executive managers to extend their existing experience, skills and ability.
The first phase of the training focuses on developing your leadership ability and management capability. The programme utilises an enquiry based research orientated approach to enable you develop your unique leadership and management capability. You will be supported to undertake data driven enquiry in order to develop activities that have a measurable impact on your organisation.

After successful completion of the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Leadership & Management course the Diploma can be achieved by completing the 5 day phase 2 course.
The Diploma course will support you as you undertake the benchmarking of your organisation performance and then establish strategies for the development and maintenance of high levels of performance that takes account of stakeholder needs, identified risks, challenges and diversity. You will be supported as you engage effectively with collaborative networks to add value and ensure sustainability of high levels of performance.

Phase 1 – Certificate
Complete 5 day programme delivered one day per month which focuses on your leadership and management ability through an enquiry based learning methodology. This approach develops the cognitive and behavioural skills necessary to undertake robust data-driven enquiry in complex environments whilst giving you the freedom to explore the leadership and management strategies that work for you with the support, resources and expertise that enable you to put these strategies into action.
The first phase of the programme enables you to achieve ILM Level 7 Certificate in Leadership & Management
Phase 2 – Progression from Certificate to Diploma
On completion of phase 1 the second phase of the full programme, also 5 days, applies the skills and knowledge acquired to your workplace enabling you to develop a high-level business case for business improvement that is aligned with your organisation’s strategic objectives. To support these objectives the programme develops your capability to manage resources, optimise performance and develop a high performance culture.
