On November 9th we are holding an event with the theme of empowerment and assertiveness in order to practically address the Gender Pay Gap. To show support for working women, founder and director of Cortecs, Helen Jones, will host a special session the evening before Equal Pay Day, designed to help women find the confidence to speak up in the workplace and hone the vital negotiation skills to help them equate their male colleagues when it comes to pay.
